As soon as you arrive at Deïa, you’ll be greeted by a very neat décor. The establishment skilfully combines modernity and conviviality. The pastel colour palette creates a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a meal at any time of the day. Its founder, Lina Yahiaoui, has transformed this space, formerly used as a dry cleaner’s, into a charming place where you can live well.
With three distinct areas, customers can choose between the sunny terrace facing the opera house on mild days, a bright room under a glass roof perfect for sheltering from the vagaries of the Mistral wind, or the pleasant main room with a bar offering innovative drinks.
A tailor-made culinary offer
Deïa is distinguished by a regularly renewed menu that respects the seasonal nature of its products. Chef Tom Foutrier and his team prepare each dish with care and originality. The menu offers revisited classics such as açai bowls and avocado toast, as well as international dishes such as pan-seared tuna steak with an Asian flavour, American-inspired barbecued chicken and a delicious Italian alternative inspired by the dolce vita.
This gastronomic cocoon doesn’t forget the sweet tooth. Pancakes, especially salted butter caramel pancakes, have seduced many a palate and continue to delight gourmets. There is something to satisfy both sweet and savoury cravings.
