The story behind Biba Brunch
Biba Brunch is much more than a restaurant. Before giving life to this new venture, Patrice Moraldo ran the famous restaurant “Le Pédalo” for 25 years. After closing this emblematic restaurant, he decided, encouraged by his daughter Mélanie, to embark on a project that would pay tribute to his paternal grandmother, affectionately known as Biba. This new direction immediately caught the attention of the people of Marseille.
Inspired by her travels in Amsterdam, Mélanie wanted to create a warm and comforting space. With a concept that blends authenticity with international flavours, she uses the dining experience to tell a real story.
